Entrees: Chicken Thighs
with Tomatoes, Olives and BEEF Pepper Crusted Beef Tenderloin of Beef - Tender beef tenderloin is encrusted with fresh ground black pepper, orange zest, garlic and fresh rosemary. Served with pearl onions. PORK Pork Piccata - Coated with Italian seasonings and topped with a lemony chicken broth sauce with capers. LAMB Broiled Spiced-Rubbed Lamb Chops - Tender lamb chops broiled with a garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and a red pepper rub. Roasted Salmon with Citrus Herbs - Salmon baked with a fresh parsley and thyme, garlic, lemon and sea salt rub. Absolutely wonderful! Shrimp Marinara - Shrimp prepared in a delicious tomato sauce. Spaghetti is a suggested side dish. PASTA Ravioli with Tomato-Basil Sauce - Cheese-filled ravioli served in a tomato and basil sauce with sliced onion and yellow peppers. |
