Chef Laurel knows how difficult it can be to have time to sit down at the dinner table each night with your family. She offers you weekly, bimonthly and monthly services to fit your lifestyle. Or perhaps you would like to stock your freezer full of your favorite meals. There is no need to sign a contract for the services, it can be used as often as you would like.
Services
Include:
Client Assessment / consultation - I will personally
interview you to determine your individual food needs and preferences.
Personalized Menu Planning.-.Together
we will choose the number of different meals that I will prepare for you.
You may select up to a maximum of five different entrees and appropriate
side dishes.
Shopping - To insure the freshest ingredients, I will
shop for you on the morning of the scheduled cook date. I will do my best
to shop economically without sacrificing quality.
Meal Preparation - Using my own equipment and utensils,
I will prepare your meals in the safety of your kitchen.
Food Storage and Heating Instructions - For your convenience, meals can be stored in your refrigerator or your freezer. I will package, label and date all meals. I will leave detailed heating instructions.
Clean
Up - I will remove all evidence of cooking, including trash
removal, and leave your kitchen as I found it.
Feedback Forms - I will provide feedback forms for each
meal prepared to assist with future menu planning.
